Everything Under The Moon will not share your personal details or email address with a third party.
Your contact details will automatically be stored on our database but we will not contact you unless you select the 'news letter' option at the checkout
Credit Card payments. Security and Confidence
Some people are concerned about giving their credit or debit card details over the internet. You needn't be concerned with us though, as we use the latest security measures to ensure your card details are kept safe. When you come to input your card details you will be doing so on a secure page which is managed for us by PayPal Pro. They work with thousands of merchants like us, communicating directly with all the major banks for authorization, the entire time keeping your finances details encrypted and protected behind firewalls and a security measure called SSL (Secure Socket Layers). We at EverythingUnderTheMoon.co.uk have access to all your details after the transaction has finished but you personal financial details will not be stored on our database. When you place your order you will receive an instant email confirmation of your transaction. We have been trading since 2006 and have never had anyone's card details compromised while using this method.
Readings
Everything Under The Moon takes no responsibility for any readings purchased through our site. If you buy a reading from one of our readers then that is a agreement purely between you and the reader
Shipping Information
All goods at Everything Under The Moon are kept in stock and we aim to post your goods within 24 hours of reciept of your payment. All orders placed before 3pm will be posted that day except on bank holidays and weekends. All goods are sent via the Royal Mail Postal Service. Postage cost is calculated by weight to keep costs low for you and shown at the checkout.
Refund Policy
We do make sure that all goods are in very good condition before shipping. However if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any of our products, then please contact us at info@everythingunderthemoon.co.uk and let us know of the fault, we ask that goods are returned unused & unopened & we will refund you via the same method of payment that you used. Faulty goods must be reported within 5 working days & returned to us no later then 7 days after you have informed us about the fault and full responsibility of safe return and postage costs is with the customer
